Cambodia’s Youth Are Turning Waste Into Worth! 🌿
From discarded fabric to meaningful fashion, Cambodia’s young innovators are proving that sustainability can be stylish and impactful. 🌍 Through initiatives like ReMade in Cambodia — supported by Designing Futures 2050 — youth have diverted 829 kg of textile waste and prevented over 4,500 kg of CO₂ emissions by transforming trash into fashion and household products. 👗🌱
This is what SDG 12 is all about: creating smarter, more conscious systems for people and the planet. And it’s also what #ICIA2026 stands for — empowering solutions that rethink waste and inspire action.
