Are you a passionate youth eager to build your global portfolio and make a meaningful impact? Krya Global and the International Creativity and Innovation Award (ICIA) 2026 invite youth from around the world to join the Work to Learn Internship Program (Batch 2)! 🚀✨


This fully online volunteer and internship program is designed for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in creativity, innovation, education, and community development.


📂 Open Positions

1. 🌐 International Relations Officer

  • Overview: Build and maintain strategic relationships with global partners, institutions, and stakeholders to expand ICIA's international presence.

  • Key Focus: Outreach, cross-cultural communication, partner research, and global networking.

2. 📱 Social Media Team

  • Overview: Design engaging visual assets and creative content to drive ICIA's digital presence and marketing campaigns across social media.

  • Key Focus: Graphic design, content strategy, brand consistency, and digital trends.

📌 Eligibility Requirements

  • Open to youth aged 18–24 years old (any nationality)

  • Able to dedicate approximately 2 hours per day on working days

  • Fully online / remote setup

  • Interview / FGD Session: 18 – 21 August 2026
