Work to Learn Internship Program is Now Open

This fully remote internship and volunteering program allows young people from around the world to learn through real work experiences while contributing to global initiatives in creativity, innovation, education, and community development.

We are currently looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our international team as:

  • Social Media Team

  • International Relations Officer

Position 1: Social Media Team

Role Overview

The Social Media Team is responsible for creating engaging visual content and supporting ICIA's digital communication and branding efforts across various social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create visual designs for social media campaigns and promotional materials

  • Develop creative concepts based on content strategies

  • Design social media posts, stories, banners, and reels covers

  • Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines

  • Revise and improve designs based on feedback

  • Follow current social media and design trends


Required Skills

  • Understanding of graphic design principles and visual communication

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools

  • Knowledge of social media content creation

  • Creative mindset and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


Position 2: International Relations Officer

Role Overview

The International Relations Officer supports ICIA's global expansion by building and maintaining relationships with international partners, institutions, schools, universities, and organizations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication with international partners

  • Support partnership development and outreach activities

  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

  • Prepare emails, proposals, and partnership documents

  • Conduct research on potential international opportunities

  • Support global networking and collaboration initiatives

  • Assist international partners during programs and activities


Required Skills

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities

  • Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Interest in international collaboration, innovation, and education

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be between 18 and 24 years old

  • Be from any country or nationality

  • Be able to communicate in English

  • Be able to work remotely and collaborate in teams

  • Commit approximately 2 hours per working day

  • Be creative, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Commit to completing the full program period

  • Participate in project implementation, evaluation, and reflection activities
