ICIA, an initiative by Krya Global, marked a significant milestone in Phnom Penh. The team had the honor of meeting Dr. Vanmunin Chhieng, CEO of Khmer Enterprise.

The meeting took place during the Cambodia Entrepreneur Showcase 2026. This event serves as a key platform for regional startups and innovators. It brings together ecosystem leaders, founders, and partners across Southeast Asia. More importantly, the discussion focused on the future of the regional startup ecosystem. ICIA engaged alongside Krya Global, Krya Pro partners, and ICIA 2025 Startup Exchange Grand Awardees. As a result, the session encouraged cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange.

In addition, the meeting highlighted the strong potential between Indonesia and Cambodia. Indonesia offers a fast-growing innovation landscape, while Cambodia shows rising entrepreneurial momentum. Therefore, collaboration between both countries creates new opportunities for expansion. Moreover, ICIA continues to serve as a bridge between young innovators and regional ecosystems. It connects talent, ideas, and opportunities across borders. Through initiatives like the ICIA Startup Exchange, ICIA supports young innovators in entering global markets.

The presence of the ICIA awardees also reinforced this vision. These innovators represent the next generation of founders and changemakers. At the same time, they demonstrate how regional talent can scale internationally. ICIA expresses its sincere appreciation to Khmer Enterprise for the warm reception and strong partnership. This collaboration plays an important role in building a more connected and resilient startup ecosystem.

Looking ahead, ICIA will continue to strengthen regional partnerships. It also aims to drive innovation, collaboration, and long-term impact across Southeast Asia, in line with its mission to empower globally competitive young innovators.
