The National Creativity and Innovation Awards (NCIA) – Luzon Selection 2026 is officially open as part of the Road to ICIA Cambodia 2026. Hosted at St. Paul University Philippines, this national selection invites young innovators from Luzon to showcase their creativity, ideas, and solutions on a global pathway.
